Avantages
When I joined Wave, the executive team were clearly proud of what they were doing and the energy very clearly went along to all facets of the company. Excellent benefits from day one, and the opportunity to work with some truly lovely people who are endlessly supportive and encouraging. That being said, I got laid off and realized I wasn't happy doing this job. I don't care about financial services, but I'm glad I got the experience all the same.
Inconvénients
New executive team is in place to maximize profits, and couldn't be further from what made Wave an appealing company to work for or to support. The salary could be improved, but given that they laid a decent percentage of workers off I don't imagine that's going to be happening anytime soon.
