      -Good culture with entry to mid level employees -Good opportunity to learn while seeking other opportunities

      Inconvénients

      -Unrealistic expectations from management on goal completion timelines -Heavy workload due to being short-staffed, amplified by unrealistic timelines -Hourly / Salary less than many other business in the same industry -Broken promises. Get everything in writing.

      Don't even bother with this place.

      Inconvénients

      To work for Wavemaker Partners is to waste your time. It's horrible company, so don't even bother wasting your time and effort here. Employees of this company see no growth due to the lack of opportunities for learning, and we don't get any opportunities for advancement at all. Aside from being stagnant, you'll also have to deal with the unpleasant management.
