- Unclear expectation, timelines, and goals from manager all the while with little to no guidance - No mentorship whatsoever, and with no mentorship, they expect you to do highly unrealistic work - Everyone is busy because they're very understaffed and utilizes a lot of interns/contract workers to subsidize the work of a full-timer - So many office politics, associates talking behind your backs, toxic environment at times - unrealistic goals + workloads + toxic senior associates - no recognition for work, chaotic, no visibility from management, lot of people overworked with low pay
