Avantages

Some genuinely good and smart people here (although many of them have left or are leaving). Flexibility depending on your manager and team. Some general "startup" benefits like free metro/parking, snacks, unlimited PTO.

Inconvénients

CEO is driving the company into the ground and has zero leadership ability. The rest of the exec team either kowtows to him or is pushed out/leaves. The product could be cool but is so far behind development and the engineering team is bleeding too fast to resolve the product issues. Sales goals are unrealistic and revolving door of leadership and management continues the cycle of an "out of touch" management style. Employees are not valued, there isn't even an HR.

Avantages

-Some great people here, got along with many of the co-workers I worked with and still talk to a few of them even though I no longer work with them -Collaborative culture. Can't count the amount of meetings I had while I was there, but they were fine-tuned to the point where I could predict exactly what was going to happen in a good way. Had chances to talk and get updates on what was happening with the company. -Flexible hours. The rigorous commute was supplemented by the fact that I could get in late without penalty and leave early if I needed to.

Inconvénients

-If you're in sales, you're treated like a god. Probably true at most companies, but particularly in this company. I felt that this created a huge divide between "sales" and the rest of the company, and wished I had seen the same type of attention paid to everyone else who worked there. -Diversity is sparse in upper management. -Unwilling to invest in employee development, particularly in its entry-level, non-sales employees. -Passive aggressive. I experienced a lot of passive aggressiveness during my time here, and never felt comfortable enough to be transparent in any of my interactions with management.
