      Avantages

      Very smart and capable employees. Opportunities are available to those interested.

      Inconvénients

      It's a one-man show. The CEO/Chairman of the board effectively has ultimate control and the final word. He "elects" the most board seats and has a c-suite of yes-men. This is a company being built for sale.

      Working with Weather Analytics, now Athenium Analytics, is engaging, transparent, and fast-paced. One of the most exciting chapters in my professional career, the company is growing, dynamic and welcoming.
