      Avantages

      Joined recently and the onboarding has been solid. They pair you with a mentor and the bootcamp training covers a lot of ground. Happiness Managers organize events - game nights and team building stuff. The CheersFX recognition system is nice for calling out good work. People seem to genuinely like working here which is refreshing.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the documentation and learning resources are outdated. Links are broken in places and it's hard to know who to ask about fixing certain things. Minor but annoying when you're new and trying to learn.

      Avantages

      Not going to sugarcoat it - the work is hard and the expectations are real. But the flip side is you actually learn things and move up if you perform. I went from jr to sr in a reasonable timeframe because the progression path is transparent and based on merit. FXLearns certifications, ongoing training, solid coaching. The office perks are a cherry on top - snacks, coffee, gym, standing desks. The StemFX scholarship program and charity initiatives make you feel like the work matters beyond revenue.

      Inconvénients

      The pace is fast and you can fall behind if you don't focus. There's a lot of change - new tools, new processes, new initiatives rolling out constantly. Adapting is part of the job. I'd also say client work can be draining depending on who you're working with. Some clients are great, others... less so.
