Avantages
All of the people here are genuinely "nice" people, there's no place for egos. Everyone is more than willing to jump in and help out wherever is needed - no matter what the task, if they can help they will willingly do it. The comradery is palpable even though very few of us actually see each other very often. We communicate all day, everyday via Slack and there is hardly a day goes by when I'm not literally laughing out loud at least once at something someone has said or a picture or giphy that's been posted, there are a lot of very, VERY funny people here. Apart from the enjoyment I get in being able to work (in my own house) everyday I feel appreciated, and that's not a given in my experience.
Inconvénients
Cannot think of a con, what's not to like: - I like the actual work I do - I get to work in my own home - I get paid very well to do it!
