Avantages
This is my second review with being with the company for almost 2 years now. The company is great. The leadership teams are wonderful and really are there for you. The workload is manageable and ever changing. Overall, I have no complaints for the work or job itself.
Inconvénients
The pay is literally the only thing making be regret joining. I am so disappointed in management and the WW leaders especially! Last year in September we were given out first raise (after my 1 year mark). It was a dismal and disappointing 2%. That is about fifty cent an hour raise... not sufficient in the slightest! Today, 3/15/24, we received our next announcement on our raise. Agin, 2%/ 50 cent increase. That is a total of 4% a year. How is that fair when the cost of living exceeds that exponentially? Sima, the CEO of WW, even told us this week that how well we are doing and still this is how we are rewarded. Not a lot of motivation to work our tails off for this company. The MXMs and POMs do SO MUCH for this company and we are the lowest paid. It's just not right!
