      Pay is not what you would get at a regular college or university, but this is to be expected at a non-profit organization of this type.

      Avantages

      Friendly coworkers, the manager was flexible with hours and willing to negotiate more if desired.

      Inconvénients

      The kitchen itself was a bit run down. The location is fairly far away from the city.
