      WFH is there. Pay is good. You get good appraisal and within a month, a termination letter too.

      Inconvénients

      No job security. Layoffs are very common. 50% layoff in 2024 and still continued in 2025. Don't risk your career for short term good pay. Lot of biasing, politics in management. No much development work. Your coding is limited to just if, else and while
