      Positive environment, good growth opportunities, focus on process improvement, dog-friendly office, good pay and work-life balance, insurance benefits are 100% covered for employee, CEO provides supportive and constructive feedback in meetings.

      Inconvénients

      PTO and holiday benefits are below industry standard, insurance options are limited, limited WFH policy.

      Everyone is very friendly. Very much feels like a family environment.

      You go out to the same sites over and over again due to mismanagement of the jobs.
