      Avantages

      The company is strong, pays well, and has a bunch of perks (company car, expenses, covers internet and phone bills)

      Inconvénients

      They will work the hell out of you. Expect hundreds (yes, plural hundreds) of hours of overtime a year. Some territories are better, some are worse. Depends on if a neighboring engineer quits or gets promoted and you have to cover 2 territories

      Avantages

      good 401k match, 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation time

      Inconvénients

      below market pay, severely outdated workflows, resistant to change, middle management/leadership talks a big game but really only does it for show and provides no real direction. Many people stick around due to unfair promotions with salaries that don’t align to titles or performance. The company may continue to grow but rarely do those doing the ground work grow with it, or get credit for contributions.
