Steer clear - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Whataburger

- two layoffs in three years (of which I wasn’t affected by either) - chasing profit at the cost of effective staffing even with record sales - lack of financial commitment to improvements by leadership - terrible leave and hybrid working policies - much more conservative culture than their brand leads you to believe. You feel like you have stepped backwards into a late 90s corporate environment. - literally work anywhere else, this place is full of toxicity at the corporate level and it ultimately feeds down into the units themselves unfortunately.
