Avantages
-Friendly & nice people if you are lucky with your team -The people that are actually nice will go out of their way to help you where they can
Inconvénients
- Extreme hierarchy; senior staff act like you are nothing and set expectations that are impossible to meet - "We are a family" as long as they are making money - staff are treated extremely poorly especially the more junior you are. - Toxic workplace; junior staff could frequently be found crying, issues are flagged to mgmt who act like they care but never action any form of support or improvements (as long as the issue doesn't directly bother them, they dont care) -No work/life balance; be ready to go in early and leave late and still be told that you are not doing enough -Offensive staff/comments are overlooked despite the fact that certain senior staff are aware of these offensive comments being made - Lack of diversity in Head Office - having a "diversity hire" is not caring about diversity -No mental health support (unless you call putting up posters that say we care) - Lack of career progression
