      Exciting Work & Travel, Very cool problems to solve alongside other highly motivated individuals, Lots of individual freedom to find open ended solutions

      Can lack a clear vision at times, Engineering is often considered relatively far downstream which is a constant complicating factor

      Pays the bills, sounds cool.

      Inconvénients

      Indecisive management that can't make a decision. Will change org charts and monthly plans regularly. Will hire at 40hrs a week then make +45hrs mandatory. Will withhold information and keep people in the dark.
