      Avantages

      Company is very good . Pumps manufactured by WILO have excellent quality and therefore good reputation in market. MD of company has some autonomy for decision making and team building.MD and sales engineers have a bonification system .

      Inconvénients

      working in Wilo can be accepted as university where you can learn more and same time it is very big networking and all sales engineers had a chance to share their experience in different countries with each other
