      Avantages

      There is a very friendly environment and a lot of experienced people of whom i can learn lot's of new things that will help me improving my hard and soft skills.

      Inconvénients

      It's a little far away from the center of the city, but if you take a car you will be there in an instant.

      Avantages

      - Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

      Inconvénients

      - Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
