      Avantages

      pros is you control your income. I could make 2800 one month or 6k. They're not as strict as most call centers they will work with your schedule instead od just firing you if you show you are a good hard worker...

      Inconvénients

      insurance SUCKS, wish there was a yearly raise other than that 2 years here ive been good :)

      Able to WFH for some time, flexible and accommodating.

      Pay was less than it should be for work given.
