      Well compensated for work rendered. Fully invested in 5 star customer service and about 90% of business is by referrals.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is company's worst enemy when it comes to managing the business and day to day operation. He has a very explosive reactionary behavior that along with his micro-managing, make sit very difficult to carryout the task and job at hand.
