Avantages

Co workers were pretty cool but management smh.

Inconvénients

They look for young people and get them excited about being on salary but over work you. I worked 6 days a week on a salary of 400 a week and work long hours outside no matter what the weather was. Manager does not care about your opinion on things just wants your job to get done. I am college graduate with 2 degrees during the interview they said this would be entry level and I could move my way up. But they didn't tell me I would be working with people who just got out of high school or just got out of jail getting paid the exact same. I got fired after 40 days of working there. 7 other employees got fired within that month as well.

We’re sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We care a great deal about our employees and drive them to succeed as much as possible. When our employees do well, we do well. Field Marketers receive bonuses plus very competitive base pay. While our Field Marketing positions are entry-level, they offer an excellent opportunity for our people to make money and succeed compared to similar positions. We also offer our Field Marketing staff opportunities to grow into many different areas of the company.

Avantages

Window Nation is a great place for motivated salespeople who want to control their income and grow professionally. The earning potential is real! If you’re willing to work hard, stay organized, and follow the sales process, you can make very good money. The leads are provided, which takes a lot of pressure off compared to commission-only roles where you’re hunting for your own business. The training is solid, especially for someone new to the home improvement industry, and management is generally supportive and accessible. There’s a strong emphasis on professionalism, customer experience, and personal accountability. I also appreciate the opportunity for growth. Top performers are recognized, and there’s room to move into leadership for those who want it.

Inconvénients

The schedule can be demanding, especially during peak season. Evenings and weekends are part of the job, which can be tough if you’re looking for a traditional 9–5. The role also requires a lot of driving, so reliable transportation and good time management are a must. Like any sales position, it’s performance-based. If you’re not self-motivated or comfortable with rejection, this job may not be a good fit.
