      It’s a place where you can grow professionally and you are considered as an important member of the team, and also allows you to keep developing by providing courses and coaching for your personal growth.

      Inconvénients

      At the beginning it is a bit difficult to catch the working environment, but once you spend some more time at Wing it’s easy understand how to work remotely with the different clients.

      You are paid for your work.

      Inconvénients

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
