      Avantages

      Working part-time as a virtual assistant at Wing VA has been an incredibly positive experience. The flexible work hours allow for a perfect work-life balance, and the thorough training during onboarding equipped me with the skills needed to excel in my role.

      Inconvénients

      The workload really depends on the client but with any other service provider agencies. But, in my personal experience it's really great!

      You are paid for your work.

      Inconvénients

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
