      Avantages

      Flexible: All you need is a laptop, wifi, and 4 hours a day (if working part-time). Good work environment: The team provides then newcomers with proper training before you start. Tips/Bonus: TIPS ARE COMPLETELY BASED OF YOUR CLIENT. but you get yearly increment of 1000 ruppes. Work culture: Annual parties and trips organized.

      Inconvénients

      I had the time of my life working there and tbh can't find a single flaw. But I would say that they have recently started monitoring work closely (so that no one is slacking). but overall, I had a lovely time working there.

      You are paid for your work.

      Inconvénients

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
