      Management team are never true to their words. Sales Managers sells lead for their self gain and blame it to their SDRs. Lowest Salary for a role that matches and competes with an in house.

      Inconvénients

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
