Avantages
- There’s a lot you can learnt from this company - Developed new skills - Especially surviving skill (100%) - Training provided
Inconvénients
- You’re doing a door to door sales, no matter what title your job is. Management? Senior? You’ll do that. ALONE. - You will be placed into places in a team. USUALLY, a team has 2-3 people ONLY. The place is depends on the map given, whether it’s a shop-lots area, factory or others. IT IS SO DANGEROUS FOR A woman to be alone doing sales especially at a factory. Me myself being scolded and almost got slapped by strangers just because I wanted to hand them a tester. And nobody was there to defend me. I was so scared. So many dangerous things happened. Mind you that I am a small person and a WOMAN. - You need to achieve your target in order for you to get your commissions. Your basic was so low man. - If you can’t sell anything in a day. You will get scolded & possibly a warning letter. But usually the manager will motivate you lah for sure. - If you’re doing OT to get that sales, man… it was unpaid. - Do not expect work life balance. - “9am - 6pm” you need to be at the office 8.15am & get home at 8pm. 8.15-9am for everyone to motivate each other before leave to territory. 6-8pm for training. Nahhh. - You need to use your own car for all the stocks, the travel for work, the bring people along with you. Like man… red flag. - Manager told me that EPF & SOCSO is a benefit. Man… that’s A MUST for a company to provide. - When people resigning the manager will always talk bad to other employees. - There’s a lot more but I think this is enough.
