Avantages

Decent commission Rates for all team members always hiring

Inconvénients

-1 District manager for 12 stores maybe got to see Dm 1 time a month while other stores got DM visits daily/weekly -Extremely money-driven will drive numbers and encourage them to change customer plans without their knowledge to add on the product- which was always returned, and it was my fault if I didn't overcome that and essentially tell them that there isn't anything I can do to fix it so might as well try it. -Dont care about your health or mental health, only about numbers and money -Understaffed, and you'll always work 28 days out of the month to get criticized for not doing well when you're burnt out and need one real day off.

Long hours little pay can be soul crushing
