-1% raises are a JOKE -not much room for advancement -change takes forever -CIO was hired because of knowing someone in HR. She has an impressive resume otherwise, but I feel like she is not qualified for the job and was picked to please executive management and cut funding to our department -strong likelihood department will be outsourced in the near future.
