      It's a steady job and you even get benefits

      Inconvénients

      As an employment counsellor, the expectation is that you will be counselling. While that is true, you will be spending most of your time navigating the nightmare software used by the province.

      Meaningful work, good coworkers, benefits

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent/poor training, overworked, expectations of management do not meet reality, little effective support, set up to fail in many areas, no overtime but workload is impossible to keep up with within allotted time, thankless at times, mental health hazardous, punished for the mistakes of others/ things you have no control over, corporate culture rather than people-centered
