Good pay and good hours

No cons that I can think of

I got to work with some interesting people and it was a very learning experience. I was able to travel and see a good deal of Central Florida and parts of Georgia. There is pay advancement when you stay with them and there are bonuses when you bring someone else on with the company.

The cons are that the work is not steady though out the year. You will go for months with out any work unless you are near a very large City like Atlanta or New York or something like that where there is a lot of stores and lots of things going on all the time.
