Avantages

You get to experience end to end work and will wear different hats.

Inconvénients

Work is really exhausting you'll have to work on week-ends WITHOUT PAY because of heavy workload and you'll work on areas that you're not trained to do or you will do a job that is not written in the contract. It's not recommendable to others as it might be very stressful for them. There's also a lack of documentation if there's, most of the time it's not reliable at all and you got to cause an incident. Other executives are politicking the KPI of other employees and exercising the culture of favoritism you'll not be given merit for your hard work and dedication. That's all I hope it reaches the management to address these, you can have a company without a toxic environment if you take actions to address these areas.

Avantages

Working at Workforce Optimizer as a Business Analyst has been a strong learning experience. You get exposure to complex workforce management domains such as rostering, optimization, and system integrations, which is valuable early in your career.

Inconvénients

At the same time, the organization would benefit from stronger structure and clearer processes. Documentation, onboarding, and internal frameworks can be inconsistent, which means a lot of learning is self-driven.

Avantages

None that can outweigh the extreme management issues. Work from home arrangement is not bad.

Inconvénients

The management at this company is genuinely the worst I have ever experienced. The culture is defined by micromanagement and constant blame-shifting. When decisions made by management fail - which happens often - they never take responsibility. Instead, they scramble to find excuses and scapegoats among the staff. There is zero appreciation for hard work. No matter how much effort you put in, it goes unnoticed or is simply expected. Training is virtually non-existent, so you're expected to figure out complex tasks on your own. Documentation is poor across the board, making it even harder to deliver quality work. Leadership consistently over-promises to clients and stakeholders without consulting the team on feasibility or resource availability. This leaves staff stretched thin, trying to deliver the impossible with inadequate resources.
