Leadership - especially senior leadership. We sell unfinished products and promise our customers the moon and stars - anything to get a sale - and then we never follow up on the promises we make. Just because we say Workfront is ready for the Enterprise space does not mean we are. There are other companies who do what Workfront does, only better. That's why we will continue to lose good people. We try to make up for our sloppy products and business practices by overcharging our customers. The trick is getting old and our customers are getting wise to our schemes. Instead of going IPO, the best we can hope for now is to be purchased by a larger company, or a competitor. That's why we just had a big layoff. We got rid of expensive people not 3 weeks after the CEO, Alex Shootman, told everyone in a town hall meeting that we would not be doing any layoffs. Morale is at an all time low. Once Covid is over, there will be a mass exodus from Workfront. Senior leadership has run this once great company into the ground.
