Avantages
Fun benefits. They tried to encourage engagement through stuff like food truck fridays and other perks. CEO was very genuine.
Inconvénients
Poorly run meetings. Lots of politics. Too many comments about appearance for a casual workplace. Sexism is rampant. Made comments about how they could never ask people to go without bonuses before doing a big lay-off. Also, they promised they would not be laying people off in a company meeting about a month before the layoff. This was a general indicator about how much you could trust the executives to be true to their word. Many promises were made, few happened.
