      Avantages

      - Colleagues were really nice - Semi-flexible hours (see cons)

      Inconvénients

      - "Flexible hours" in the format of 9-5 early on (Daily meeting at 9), hardly negotiated a 10-6 - Management is business oriented (No human-caring in a startup is Ouchy !) - Lots of "Secret" (We were 5-6 employees...) - You don't get to work on fun projects - First time I ever had roles removed from my title (Because of "investors" and conselor)

      We've built a great product with a nice team and engaged customers.

      A big lie : « Workind as We’re Kind »

      Inconvénients

      The company don’t even respect they own political view : helping the employee employer when they don’t even have the courage the seed new opportunities within their own organization.
