      Avantages

      Les gens avec qui vous travaillez. Tous pointent dans la même direction pour vous aider à réussir. Excellent leadership dans la région EMEA et aux États-Unis, faisant les bonnes choses avec un solide ensemble de valeurs fondamentales La technologie est excellente avec une liste de clients inégalée. L'entreprise a très bien veillé sur ses employés pendant CV19.

      Inconvénients

      La zone EMEA jusqu'à récemment était gérée en «commande + contrôle» classique, ce qui était très motivant. Ce problème a été résolu avec de nouveaux dirigeants locaux et la confiance revient. Nous pourrions parler davantage de nous-mêmes et de nos succès.

      The best five things I have experienced working for Worksoft in the past year are: 1- A supportive company culture & work environment, 2-Transparent leadership and management, 3-Empowering growth and development opportunities, 4-Balanced work-life balance & flexibility. 5-Competitive compensation & benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Working 100% remotely limits personal connections with coworkers that can lead employees to collaboration bottlenecks and sometimes even isolation. It is not meant for everyone; specially those who are extroverted and thrive on social interactions.

      Avantages

      I've been with Worksoft for close to 3 years and have seen such a shift in that time, for the better. New leadership team, new investment in the product and engineering team, lots of new employees with great experience joining the team. I personallly love the ability to work fully remote, and accessability to leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Like all PE owned companies, there is going to be change. You need to be able to work in fast paced environment and remain nimble.
