      Avantages

      Produit décent, excellents collègues.

      Inconvénients

      Travaillez trop d'heures et trop de stress pour le salaire payé. Cette entreprise essaie de vous vendre sur un bon équilibre entre la maison et le travail, mais vous donne tellement de travail qu'il n'y a pas d'équilibre. Rapports, rapports, rapports fous et constants. À tel point que vous ne pouvez pas gérer votre poste ou votre personnel.

      The best five things I have experienced working for Worksoft in the past year are: 1- A supportive company culture & work environment, 2-Transparent leadership and management, 3-Empowering growth and development opportunities, 4-Balanced work-life balance & flexibility. 5-Competitive compensation & benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Working 100% remotely limits personal connections with coworkers that can lead employees to collaboration bottlenecks and sometimes even isolation. It is not meant for everyone; specially those who are extroverted and thrive on social interactions.

      Avantages

      I've been with Worksoft for close to 3 years and have seen such a shift in that time, for the better. New leadership team, new investment in the product and engineering team, lots of new employees with great experience joining the team. I personallly love the ability to work fully remote, and accessability to leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Like all PE owned companies, there is going to be change. You need to be able to work in fast paced environment and remain nimble.
