      Good pay, good benefits (compared to most)

      Inconvénients

      Very little chance of advancement as company prefers to bring in outside talent, no regard for personal time (be prepared to be hooked to you BB 24/7)

      - AI Forward - Strong work-life balance. - Good colleagues and collaborative engineering culture within individual teams. - Exposure to large-scale business operations and enterprise software challenges.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited upward mobility without management sponsorship. - Frequent organizational changes create uncertainty and shifting priorities. - Engineering execution can be slowed by bureaucracy and complex approval processes. - High performers are not always recognized or rewarded proportionally.
