      Avantages

      Relaxed environment, non customer facing, small team, own work station

      Inconvénients

      Management have little to no communication with warehouse, the higher ups in Australia and New Zealand try to micromanage everything that goes on down to spying on cctv when you’re working, extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in summer

      Lots of diversity working with people from all over the world. Fair and supportive conditions. Minimal red tape and no-fuss approach. Very flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Perfect for me. If you really like a lot of meetings, structure, and hand holding then it is probably not for you
