      Flexible working hour and very smart coworkers

      Inconvénients

      No input/corporation/feedback from any other people, no training/learning opportunity. People are smart but they compete with each other too hard. Avoid this place if you want to develop a long term career in finance by starting on research

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
