      Avantages

      You will get the opportunity if you prove your value. And this company provides you the chance to show your real potential. No time consuming bureaucracy. Fast decision making. More about numbers than politics, making high level of fairness. Performance sensitive positions are constantly fired, but that is not uncommon in this business.

      Inconvénients

      Relatively low compensation compared to similar places. Too frequent changes on company policies. Constant pressure. Minimal cooperation. Less learning opportunities (conference, etc).

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
