      None. If I could give these people zero stars, I would.

      Inconvénients

      If you like being laid off for no reason or with no warning, go work for WorldQuant. So much drama and back-stabbing it will consume your work environment. Be aware that this company is hitting the "do not hire" lists by other financial companies.

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
