- In the time I was contracted 4 rounds of layoffs were done in key departments, HR being on of them. - Layoffs are done annually and intentionally at the end of the year. If leadership is not qualified, leader is placed on PIP and contractor terminated. - Everyone is afraid to speak, most speak openly about wanting to leave and applying to other jobs
