      Avantages

      Other employees are mostly friendly and easy going

      Inconvénients

      As small, 'family-run' businesses go, the management is small minded and old fashioned. Change is very slow and difficult. Gender-based pay gaps. No diversity. Pay is low. Pay increases are very, very slow. Not a lot of flexibility.

      Avantages

      most coworkers are nice, there is a sense amongst employees that they’re all in it together against the archaic management. Most people are generally nice and most clients are nice to work with too

      Inconvénients

      toxic management with no sense of innovation, very cliquey , little flexibility, bad pay, high staff turnover
