      Avantages

      Salary, company structure, and professionalism as well as very generous benifits.

      Inconvénients

      Not very family friendly, although they claim to be. Respect seems to be an issue there too. They are beginning to outsource many areas. It is quite sad that they are taking jobs from able-bodied Americans and giving them to another country. This seems to be the opposite of diversification in my opinion.
