      - Treated employees well during COVID (hosted optional Zoom hangouts after working hours to better connect with employees, played games, did give-aways). - Fantastic management staff that was easy to get ahold of.

      Inconvénients

      - Did not provide a direct path for job improvement or advancement. Had to address on a self directed basis.
