      Avantages

      Working with Microsoft internal teams and learning from the Microsoft community was a big plus. Also, there was a lot of freedom to be creative since upper management lacks expertise or leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Terrorized culture - Everyone at the company dislikes the owner. Communication is non existent. Shady business practices. I recommend working for a different Microsoft Partner in the area. Overall, leadership at the company is not strong enough for the company to succeed.

      Avantages

      They motivate you to keep moving up in your career and take on more certifications and skills. Very good work culture, strong middle management and top management, and a very progressive company. Great team members to work with Great work environment and benefits (snacks, games, company lunches and trips).
