      Good employer and employee relationship, focus on team bonding and solving problem together. Training provided to help you fit into company culture. Not required to work after office hours unless due to emergencies. Leaders are open for constructive discussion. Not a spoon-feeding environment. Good exposure to emerging technologies and market segments.

      Inconvénients

      Good and bad with large product range. Growing workforce but unable to employ similar experience.

      Avantages

      The employees are fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good people to work with. There’s a strong family-oriented culture, and work-life balance is generally respected, which makes day-to-day work sustainable and less stressful compared to many companies in the industry.

      Inconvénients

      The compensation package is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Some of the product technology feels outdated, which can make innovation and efficiency more challenging. Additionally, upper management can feel somewhat cliquey at times, which may impact transparency and broader team inclusion.
