RED FLAGS! -Money Mission. The amount of income made off these children and the state verses what they actually put back into the programs for the kids makes me sad. -Micro-management-they are only interested in managing their revenue, not clients, not programming, not training, not staff-just when and where you clock in/out, are you towing the company line and DON'T EVER QUESTION LEADERSHIP. -ZERO staff support! No supplies for the office or school provided (out of pocket for you), no WFH despite 10 staff crammed in a 5 x 7 office space with 4 cheapo Amazon desks and 2 card tables (yes, card tables for desks) YDIs must do administrative tasks (other people's jobs) at schools because the office is not set up with a real copy machine. -Nepotism is in full effect! Siblings and life-long friends run the company from LA--that is the real culture. (but, ssshhh, don't tell anyone) -High staff turnover--there is a reason for it, pay attention! Under qualified staff are routinely promoted while highly qualified staff are fired--without the benefit of the progressive discipline policy in the handbook. You will be doing 'other peoples jobs' . Puppet regimes are in place everywhere. Direct supervisors and management DO NOT advocate for their staff--literally tell you to go over their head and ask leadership yourself (mostly because the puppets can not make decisions and don't know anything)...then ask current staff to write good reviews to boost their stars. -Training is narrowly focused on 'how to be a good employee' instead of how to do your job. Leadership will publicly chastise you in front of the whole company......then, suddenly become a Christian and have everyone do a prayer. If you are not a religious person, this is not a company for you. -They offer you mileage, then pay it when they feel like it, saying "it is a privilege that we pay you mileage". Many current and former staff have not been paid. ....these are just a few red flags........
