Inconvénients
The organization is a chaotic mess and often feels as if they don't have enough money to run the business. There were times we couldn't print because they wouldn't buy toner. They once forgot to pay the internet bill. They lied repeatedly to the kids about when they would get paid because they didnt have the money to pay them and then told staff to lie to the kids, parents, and school board about why there wasn't a check. There was a month we had no insurance because they cancelled it without telling anyone. They lie to the state about services rendered. The upper management only seem to care about the number of kids seen for billing purpose and not the quality of lessons taught. The lessons are a joke. You'll never get paid travel on time. Insurance is a joke with the deductible being $5000 but no HSA and high premiums.
