Avantages
There are no Pros in the organisation. I would not recommend anybody to join this company. And i am speaking from my experience of 7 years in Human Resources.
Inconvénients
I was forced to resign from my last company, and it's been over 45 days since I left (Dec 1, 2025). Despite countless follow-ups, calls, and emails, I haven't received any response regarding my full and final settlement. The communication from their end is non-existent, and it feels like they're just ignoring me. To make things worse, the company had some really questionable policies. They'd change them on a whim, always for their own benefit, and it felt like everything was just for show. We weren't even allowed to update our LinkedIn profiles or talk to colleagues freely. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? What steps did you take to get your dues? Any advice on how to handle this kind of employer would be greatly appreciated.
