      Avantages

      The business environment is trusting and supportive. I feel empowered to not only pursue the shared goal of the team but to work toward my personal goals too. That sense of camaraderie is what helps to drive better overall performance, as people feel more invested in the success of the business they’re a part of.

      Inconvénients

      Parcel delivery industrial facing many challenges. Operational cost base is high, the margin is low.

      Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

      Inconvénients

      All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
